Scott Arsenault - Principal Consultant

Scott Arsenault brings more than 15 years of executive leadership in retail—spanning sales, marketing, operations, and real estate—across both corporate and franchise environments. With hands-on experience managing P&Ls, building high-performing teams, leading ERP implementations, and navigating complex growth stages, Scott has sat in nearly every seat at the table. He understands firsthand the pressures that come with scaling a business—and how to bring balance to the chaos.

What sets Scott apart is his holistic, pragmatic approach. As a true generalist, he knows enough about every part of the business to spot the gaps, ask the right questions, and know exactly when to call in deeper expertise. He’s built a trusted network of specialists and partners, and often acts as the connector—linking his clients with the right people, tools, and solutions at the right time.
